Some important information before your appointment
Health Questionnaire
Before your treatment, you’ll still need to complete our health questionnaire 24 hours before your appointment. For example, if you are booked in on a Thursday at 10am, please try to complete the questionnaire at 10am on Wednesday.
Patch Testing
As you may know, some of our treatments require a patch test before the treatment. If you would like to book in for an eyelash tint, eyebrow tint, eyelash lift, or Henna brows, you will need to have a patch test 24 hours before your treatment - even if you have had the treatment with us before.
Covid-19 Vaccine
If you’ve had, or are due to have, your Covid-19 vaccine, you must wait two weeks from your vaccination date before you have an eyelash lift or any tinting treatments.
